Often a title search performed by a title company prior to a real estate closing reveals unknown defects in the chain of title such as liens or judgments. I am experienced in removing liens from real property and delivering marketable title to a buyer of your property.

Multiple times during my career I saved and revived my clients’ interest in real property and avoided significant monetary damages and judgments perpetrated through manipulation of the service of process requirements of the court system.
